Privacy Notice
This site does not use advertising tags or native persistent lead storage. Optional Google Analytics is not loaded unless a visitor chooses to allow it. Website forms are available for guide requests and direct inquiries, with phone, email, and the established Google Forms workflow retained as fallback options.
Information you choose to provide
Forms may collect contact details, property or search information, timing, questions, consent choices, form source, and campaign-attribution data needed to respond and measure the request.
How information is used
Information may be used to respond, deliver a requested guide, maintain the existing Google Workspace record, and support authorized follow-up. Information is not sold.
Facebook and Instagram requests
If you submit a guide or home-sale-options request through a Facebook or Instagram lead form, Meta collects the information shown in that form and makes it available to Nicholas Misch at Keller Williams Elevate. I use those details to provide the requested information and respond to that request. Lead details may be entered in Keller Williams Command for request handling and recordkeeping. If you ask about a direct cash purchase, I will explain my separate role with New Heights Property Buyers before proceeding. Your request does not automatically transfer your information to that separate business or enroll you in recurring marketing emails or text messages. Meta also processes information under its own privacy practices.
Optional website analytics
If you choose to allow optional analytics, Google Analytics may receive page-view, general link-interaction, traffic-source, device, and approximate location information. The site does not send Google Analytics the names, email addresses, phone numbers, property addresses, messages, or other details entered in a form. You may keep analytics disabled or change your choice through the Analytics settings link in the footer.
Vendors and external services
Native submissions pass through Cloudflare and Turnstile for site hosting and abuse prevention, Google Workspace for a backup record, Resend for requested email delivery, Zapier for workflow routing, and Keller Williams Command for response and authorized follow-up. The established Google Forms and Google Workspace delivery workflow remains available as a fallback. Email, phone, Keller Williams, Zillow, Realtor.com, and social links are also governed by their own privacy practices. Automated marketing SMS is not enabled.
Retention and rights
Unconverted inquiries are ordinarily retained for 24 months. Transaction records are retained for at least three years, or longer when required by the brokerage or applicable obligations. Verified privacy requests are targeted for completion within 30 days, subject to required recordkeeping, and protected backups and ordinary logs expire on a 90-day schedule.
